I can guarantee you that your leadership students have not heard the content that I deliver.
I see students at leadership camps demoralizing other students by what they say and do. Leadership is about getting your team on the same page and directing them to success.

If they are demoralizing their teammates it becomes very difficult to get them to do what is needed to make their team successful.
